1、室內(nèi)氣溫低于20℃時(shí)，開(kāi)啟電加熱器，對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。

2、檢查機(jī)體及周圍有無(wú)妨礙運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的雜物，如有應(yīng)及時(shí)清走。

3、檢查曲軸箱油位、燃油箱油位、散熱器水位。如油位水位低于規(guī)定值，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充至正常位置。

4、檢查燃油供油閥和冷卻水截止閥是否處于開(kāi)通位置。

5、檢查柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組起動(dòng)電動(dòng)的蓄電池組電壓是否正常。

6、檢驗(yàn)配電屏的試驗(yàn)按鈕，觀察各報(bào)警指示燈有否接通發(fā)亮。

7、檢查配電屏各開(kāi)關(guān)是否置于分閘位置，各儀表指示是否處于零位。

8、啟動(dòng)進(jìn)風(fēng)和排風(fēng)機(jī)。

9、按動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)按鈕，使其啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。如第一次起動(dòng)失敗，可按下配電屏上相應(yīng)的復(fù)位按鈕，待其警報(bào)消除、發(fā)電機(jī)組回復(fù)正常狀態(tài)方可進(jìn)行第二次啟動(dòng)。啟動(dòng)后，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音正常，冷卻水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)指示燈亮及路儀表指示正常，啟動(dòng)成功。

1. When the indoor temperature is below 20 ℃, turn on the electric heater to preheat the machine.

2. Check for any debris that may hinder the operation of the machine and its surroundings, and promptly remove them if found.

3. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level, and radiator water level. If the oil level is lower than the specified value, it should be replenished to the normal position.

4. Check if the fuel supply valve and cooling water shut-off valve are in the open position.

5. Check if the voltage of the battery pack for starting the diesel generator set is normal.

6. Check the test button of the distribution panel and observe whether each alarm indicator light is turned on and on.

7. Check if all switches on the distribution panel are in the open position and if all instrument readings are in the zero position.

8. Start the intake and exhaust fans.

9. Press the start button of the engine to start and operate it. If the first start-up fails, the corresponding reset button on the distribution panel can be pressed, and the second start-up can only be carried out after the alarm is eliminated and the generator set returns to normal state. After starting, the sound of the machine running is normal, the indicator light for the cooling water pump running is on, and the road instrument reading is normal, indicating a successful start.
